Melbourne to

Ok just so you know this could take awhile to type and will probably still have lots of errors as it is a French keyboard, I think, its kind of like going back to two finger typing again with the keys being in strange spots.

So here we are again, 11 and a half hours since we left Melbourne. 17 hours since we left Canberra.

The plane from Melbourne to Hong Kong was a good one with the video on demand capability. For those of you who have not been on one it means that you can choose what movie or tv show etc that you want to see. I got a good couple of hours sleep as we had three seats to ourselves so I managed to curl up on two seats. We are going to take turns with the window seat since it is easier to sleep leaning up against the wall.

We were in transit at Hong Kong for about an hour before getting back on the same plane for the next leg to London. Turns out the plane has about 100 seats spare so after the seat belt light went off it was a mad scramble to gain the spare seats. I left Louise with our 3 and popped across the isle to secure 3 seats in the center isle. Makes sleeping a little easier and certainly more comfortable.

We cracked open one of the miniature bottles of Bailey’s, enough for a glass each.

Did I mention the Baileys?

We got a small bottle each from the airport in Melbourne when we brought our watches. Because of the restricions in London we have to drink them.
